Pricing
One rate for every size
A mailbox costs €1 with 5 GB, and each GB above that costs €0.05. So 15 GB is €1.50, 50 GB is €3.25, and 100 GB is €5.75. If you pick the wrong size, you can resize the inbox while it’s in use.

Deliverability
SPF, DKIM, and DMARC set up for you
When you add a domain, we generate its SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records. Outgoing mail leaves from our own IP addresses, which we monitor against blocklists, and reverse DNS matches. Large providers such as Gmail check all of this before they accept your mail.

Mailboxes use standard IMAP and SMTP, so Outlook, Thunderbird, Apple Mail, our webmail, and any other standard client can connect. To move to another provider, sync your mail over IMAP.

Works with or without our hosting
Mailboxes go on the same invoice as website hosting and ASP.NET Core hosting, but you don’t need either. Three inboxes with no hosting, or fifty inboxes across four domains with a €1 static site, are priced the same way: €1 with 5 GB and €0.05 for each GB above that, per inbox. You can move any inbox between 5 and 100 GB at any time, and the invoice changes from that day.

Common questions
Why is 50 GB €3.25 and not a round number?
Because every size uses the same formula: €1 for the first 5 GB and €0.05 for each GB above that. For 50 GB, that’s €1 + 45 × €0.05 = €3.25.
Do I have to host my website here to get mail?
No. You can point a domain’s MX records at us while the website is hosted anywhere else. If you also host with us, everything is on one invoice, but that’s optional.
What counts as an inbox for billing?
A mailbox that a person or system logs into. Aliases, forwarding addresses, distribution addresses, and a catch-all are free and unlimited. If info@, sales@, and hello@ all deliver to one 5 GB mailbox, you pay €1.
How many domains can I use?
As many as you like, at no extra charge. You pay per inbox, so five domains delivering to twelve 5 GB inboxes cost €12 a month.
Can you migrate my existing mail?
Yes. If your current provider supports IMAP, and nearly all do, we copy your existing folders before you switch the MX records, so nothing is missing afterwards. We run larger migrations outside business hours.
What happens when a mailbox fills up?
We let you know instead of bouncing mail. You can then increase that inbox’s size: going from 5 GB to 15 GB costs €0.50 more a month, prorated from the day you change it. The mailbox keeps its address, folders, rules, and history, and mail clients don’t need to re-sync. Other inboxes aren’t affected, and nothing is deleted to make room.
Do I have to pick the right size up front?
No. You can change an inbox’s storage at any time while it’s in use, and the invoice changes from that day. There’s no export and re-import, and mail stays available the whole time.
Where is my mail stored, and who can read it?
On our hardware in the EU, encrypted at rest and in transit. We don’t scan messages for advertising, profiling, or model training, and there’s no third-party mail platform underneath ours. We only access a mailbox when you ask for support, and that access is logged.
What if I want to leave?
Point the MX records elsewhere and download your mail over IMAP. There’s no export fee and no notice period. Billing stops when you delete the inbox.
